IOT is Samsung’s endeavor, where every product is covered by mobile segment. For example, devices like refrigerators and TVs are being connected to the cloud. ”
Market research firm Gartner estimates that in the year 2017, 8.4 billion connected devices will be used in the world, which is 31 percent higher than 2016. The cost of these services and devices will reach $ 2,000 million by the end of 2017.
Samsung launched its first IOT enabled washer-dryer Samsung ‘Flexwash’ in August in the country and has planned to increase the production of such devices in the coming years.
