Big Reveal, iPhone 8 May Abandon Touch ID Fingerprint Sensor

The Buzz is growing out that upcoming model of iPhone 8 haven’t accomplished with Touch ID Fingerprint Sensor. KGI securities analyst Ming-Chi has come out with a new report with his predictions for the iPhone 8.

Ming-Chi claims that that iPhone 8, which is rumored to come with a TrueTone OLED display will feature the highest screen to body ratio of any smartphone in the market thanks to its virtual home button and the ‘notch’ at the top of the screen.

“The New model won’t allow fingerprint recognition because the full-screen design doesn’t work with existing capacitive fingerprint recognition and the scan-through ability of the under-display fingerprint solution still has technical challenges,” the report claimed.
The OLED iPhone may also support 3D sensing to allow for facial recognition and improved augmented reality functions while improving selfie quality.
